# Lord’s Day 21: The Seventh Commandment

### 75: Which is the seventh commandment? 

The seventh commandment is, You shall not commit adultery.

### 76: What is required in the seventh commandment? 

The seventh commandment requires the preservation of our own and our neighbors chastity, in heart, speech, and behavior.

The seventh commandment forbids all unchaste thoughts, words, and actions.
